LINKS

The following links are to sites that I have personally found really helpful in the context of my own development and also as resources to assist my students and clients.

I believe they have integrity and a sincere commitment to what they are doing. I trust you find that too.

www.energypsych.org

A good lead-in site for developments in Energy Psychology and for related conferences and speakers.

www.greggbraden.com

This site provides easily understood information about the link between ancient wisdom and developments in quantum physics.

www.brucelipton.com

This site provides easily understood information about the link between consciousness and biology.

www.talbenshahar.com

Tal Ben Shahar is a Psychology lecturer at Harvard University and specialises in Positive Psychology.
His lectures are exceedingly popular and his website contains articles that are insightful and refreshing. They are written for everyone, not just for academics.
His emphasis is on both accepting our human-ness and developing a happier way of being in the world

www.enneagraminstitute.com

This site provides comprehensive information and resources regarding the Enneagram, a personaility typing system which offers very compelling explanations for the development and expression of our personalities. What we have learned to do but importantly, not who we are. The challenge is to learn to use all of the styles as and when each is most appropriate and not lean so heavily on one of them that we rely on it for everything and produce chaos in our lives!

RESOURCES

Here are just a few of the books I have found to be really transformative:

  • The Biology of Belief by Bruce Lipton, Ph.D ("Unleashing the power of consciousness, matter and miracles")

  • Molecules of Emotion, Candace Pert, Ph.D ("The science behind mind-body medicine")

  • Maverick!, Ricardo Semler (The most mature and respectful example of an employer/employee relationship I've encountered)

  • The Power of Now, Eckhart Tolle (A guide to spiritual enlightenment, explained in simple, practical terms)
